Melissa was great. She made an error in my closing documents - I never put my property taxes in escrow and she had that indicated on the closing docs that I wanted my taxes in escrow. I communicated that very clearly during the process leading up to close. We had to rework closing docs AND I had to pay some fee that I don't believe I should have paid based on her error. She indicated that since the closing was already in process, the fee couldn't be amended. It was disappointing. Otherwise it was a decent experience.

The service was fine. The time difference did make the process a little bit more difficult to work around. I understand that isn't their fault, but there should be options for people in EST.
