Our closing date was messed up and it created a lot of trouble in the last week of closing. Otherwise it was a good experience, but that aspect was unnecessarily difficult.

I think having resources sent along with the emails when being asked for additional information would've been helpful. For example I needed to obtain and submit a verifier PIN. Several days later, after I had to jump through hoops at work to get it did I receive an email with the information of how to obtain one. Also, our closing date got mixed up so we were not able to close on time.

We were dissatisfied with the lack of communication we received from the final stages of our closing. We were asked to provide last minute items that should have been requested more then 2 days before our closing. Our attorney had to chase NAF members as well to prep the documents. The folks were nice enough but they need to prioritize closings better. At one point I explained we should be a priority as we were closing in a few days and the response I received was "I have other accounts to deal with". The customer service was subpar and I would not recommend a loan service through NAF to anyone. We also experienced several unreturned calls which made the closing experience very distasteful. If we had more communication with our loan then this review would have been better.

Some instructions were not clear and caused us great stress during the transaction. Requests for data and evidence were abrupt and rushed without much explanation.
