Christina was extraordinarily friendly & easy to get in touch with, whenever we had questions. The NafCash program is very useful, while you are working to sell your current home. It was a little more out of pocket cost than I believe we originally planned for, especially needing to buy down our rate; but this program gave us the ability to get in our dream home. I would highly recommend Christina to individuals who need a program such as this, for a home purchase.

I would highly recommend that Stark Law not be recommended or used going forward. A week after wiring them money, they’ve failed to pay off our solar loan. They never provided a receipt of the transaction and our solar loan company has not received payment. While the loan process was relatively smooth, I think the loan officer was unaware that solar loans are not liens on the house. So we were given false information and led to believe our rate was higher due to this misunderstanding.
