I would've liked more communication and additional explanation. Even after I asked about things specifically, there was still miscommunication and important information left unsaid until the last-minute, which made some points of the loan process very stressful, like providing the cash to close.

I’m not happy with the loan processing take like 2 months over to three different Loan Officer to handle my case there no one respond on time only I can deal with this Max. He’s helpful. He try to getting the loan and then he turn over to the loan processing that’s awful.

Being more informative and up front about the why's and why nots about my refinance. Did not like refinance based solely on appraisal value, wrong way that is why my home appraised at 10,000 less than a year ago. Do not agree with this. A sham.
