GREG TANNER - I cannot say enough about this man. He is honest and forthcoming. He is knowledgeable and does not waste your time. A little lack of communication. As in when an e-mail is sent it would be helpful to receive a text of notification. With all the different companies and groups involved your not sure who is working with your loan or if it's a spam. Same as when your getting a call that has to do with the loan. I also would like to recognize Emerson from Certified ID for reaching out to me twice to finalize my deposit for my closing check, again his e-mail went to my spam so I never saw it but he called after a day or two because I didn't respond. Thank you.
