Received the mortgage we were looking for but timlinesss on some follow up could have been better I had to initiate some calls to find our status of process. Would have been nice to have the company that I was working with play more of a lead role in the overall process. Overall a good experience but few little things could have been better.

When we talked my payment was only going to go up 60-70 dollars to go from a 30 year to a 15 year mortgage it went up 190.00 a month. This did no make me happy.

My loan processors were helpful and hardworking but the loan was too expensive. Too many hidden costs. Also, the underwriter wasn't as efficient as she should of been. The day my loan was supposed to close she didn't approve me and at night I had to rush back into town with the paperwork. She new about the information a month before. Even when she could see that I made plenty of money from all my statements and would qualify she made me do this. I was not happy!

Alex is great to work with throughout the entire process, however, there were questions/informations in reference to the underwriters that was asked but the answer/explanations given was not clear to our understanding. Maybe, in the future be more specific when a client asked for and why (documents).
