Aaron was always courteous and took time to explain everything when I had a million questions. My experience with Aaron was good—no complaints there. With NAF, however, I think there was communication breakdown somewhere where we had officially changed our closing date and the documents one of the loan processors was working with wasn’t correct (reflected old date). Maybe also NAF could give their clients a timeline of items needed in advance, rather than sending individual emails requesting documents. For instance, I wasn’t sure when we were supposed to get home insurance by, and then all of a sudden we were asked for a policy number and insurance agent info, and we had to scramble to get that together. Again, this is nothing to do with Aaron, just thought the process for NAF could be a little smoother.
