Todd and Nicole were great to deal with but unfortunately we had an very hard time getting all the information needed so we could submit the right papers to get this loan finalized. I am not sure why this was so hard when it should not have been. Overall Todd and Company were wonderful.

Christina was extraordinarily friendly & easy to get in touch with, whenever we had questions. The NafCash program is very useful, while you are working to sell your current home. It was a little more out of pocket cost than I believe we originally planned for, especially needing to buy down our rate; but this program gave us the ability to get in our dream home.
