Ty did a great job getting our loan to the finish line considering how crazy things have been in the mortgage industry this year. I understand a large part of the process is getting things approved and keeping the process moving, but my wife and I felt like there wasn't much conversation on the front end of the process on how to best strategize for our situation. There were numerous times throughout where we didn't think we would end up getting the property, which made the process more stressful

Our overall experience was good. It wasn’t an option to select which is why we want to further explain. The beginning of our loan process was excellent! Ryan was excellent and very helpful. The middle of the process was challenging and hard. The communication was less than perfect and lacked follow through. The team which included Ryan, Angelica, Anna did a good job and helped us to secure a loan. We are grateful!

I feel better communication between lender and seller would’ve helped the process.... I don’t feel they were on the same page and it cost me 2k in penalties due to a late move in.

It wasn't anything Mirza did, but once I was sent to Angel, I felt very uneasy. I was never able to speak to her and email communications took a long time for responses. I also felt that the process took an extremely long time from start to finish (2 months for a refinance). The amount of paperwork at closing was ridiculous (much of it was repetitive, a lot was unclear as to where to sign). Setting up the closing appointment was insane.
