Working with Tim was a nice experience, Prompt friendly communication. Timely updates via email, availability on phone to answer questions, professional communication and a timely closing after getting a run around by several Banks etc.

Tim was very timely getting with us for questions, and keeping us informed of the progress of our loan application. I mentioned to Tim however that the application used by DK was rather clunky in that it continued to request actions and information from us that were already completed and provided. This made the process a bit more confusing than was necessary, and I'm sure that it also added workload to Tim as I questioned the need the for documents that were already completed and returned.
