The communication was great for the first 3/4 with Katie, but with a couple of weeks left the communication broke down. To the pt where we had unknown qualifications on our loan that was not relayed to us until the time of sitting down for our closing. We reached out numerous times in the days before the closing and day of to not much response. Thankfully Cynthia was able to help us last minute and work through all the issues. These issues would have been easily done if we knew then even days ahead of closing, which we were told was when these were imposed. One of the worst hang ups was a $20 dollar credit card we had to pay off before the loan could be closed. Would be glad to discuss more in emails or phone.

Our closing date was messed up and it created a lot of trouble in the last week of closing. Otherwise it was a good experience, but that aspect was unnecessarily difficult.
