The communication was virtually non existent once I signed the initial loan paperwork. The process was continually delayed and there was little communication throughout the process as to why there kept being new conditions. Irasema did her best despite the constant delays. This process took almost two months and was a constant headache all while becoming a first time mom.

The experience could have been better with improved communication across DK, legal, and the title company. Also, it was not properly communicated that funds would not be disbursed on the closing date.
