Everyone I spoke with/worked with at Mr. Cooper was friendly, patient, professional, communicative throughout the process. My only complaint was the lack of direct communication between Mr. Cooper staff and my realtor. From what I understand, ideally, the loan team and realtor are in frequent communication with each other, but I was often the messenger. As the person knowing the least about the process and jargon used, I felt the least equipped to play that role.
