I was referred to Redfin Mortgage by my agent Joseph Chow. Karin had been great at getting us the verified pre-approval letter for home purchase and their website was good in terms of uploading the documents that they requested instead of sending them back and forth in email. Everything went smoothly till closing but would have liked if all the paperwork would have been shared on time and final appraisal were done few days earlier so that it did not feel rushed on the day of the closing.
