You guys were informative throughout the whole process and had great communication. There were only a couple of issues that were minor in the process. We had stated before that my dad would need to co-sign the papers from the projection we received from Navy federal. I was initially upset at the set back of hearing the loan wouldn’t be approved and we had voiced that concern before. Another hiccup was when we were transferred to the title company-their lack of communication and service.
