This ranking is NOT reflective of Ryan what-so-ever. It’s an “overall” experience. We had our initial broker resign, and before she did that, I was literally sent the initial 43ish page doc and asked to sign everything. No explanation, etc. just “sign here.” So I flew the Las Vegas personally to sit down with KBHS so they could walk me thru and explain this process that was so new to us.
