I understand the complexities associated with processing a mortgage application, but from my perspective it became frustrating keeping track of the documents that required my endorsement mainly because they came in at different times during the process, and they came in from different persons. I prefer to receive one email or to sit-down in person one time and review and sign everything at once rather than receive multiple emails from multiple persons.
