MULTIPLE DUPLICATED COMMUNICATIONS WERE VERY CONFUSING DOUBLE,TRIPLE OR QUADRUPLE REQUEST FOR THE SAME INFO,I.E. INCOME VERIFICATION,BANK STATEMENTS,SSI. INFO,COPIES OF LICENSES, AWARD LETTERS, MANY OF WHICH HAD BEEN PROVIDED BY MAIL OR IN PERSON WERE FRUSTRATING TO THE POINT THAT I BROKE OUT IN HIVES. I WOULD RECOMMEND IN THE FUTURE THAT ONE PERSON BE ASSIGNED TO HANDLE COMMUNICATIONS WITH A CUSTOMER.
