Well the first person who started the loan stopped communicating with me and then was replaced with the current loan representative First representative was a very bad experience and I was considering canceling the loan and looking for another lender but I spoke with Patrick and we worked it out and after that everything worked out well

Have always had great experience with John H. which is why I am repeat customer. Even though he switched companies, shouldn't matter. Entire process seemed to take longer than expected; felt like I had to initiate conversation, check status, wrong loan type, etc. I have worked in corporate environment for 21 yrs > don't believe outsourcing is always best route > language barriers & chronic issues w/ huge gaps in time zone differences. Even my homeowner's ins agent didn't get updates.

There was some bumps on the road with my loan application; regardless, Zach made it happen and I am grateful for that. In another hand, communication could be better. Zach did everything he could to get my loan approved, and I appreciate everything he did to make it work. I just wish there’s was better communication from his part, for me to better understand what was happening all along.
