The process took significantly longer than I anticipated. Kristin was not pleasant to deal with, however, Michelle was amazing and I felt valued as a customer. Jim was terrific as always but I had very little contact with Jim which is fine. This is the 3rd transaction I’ve done with NAF. I expect to have another when rates come down I will likely refinance my high rate, I certainly hope I don’t have to work with Kristin again.
