Communication seemed to be a bit lacking in letting us know what was going on and then when something did need to take place it seemed like it was needed immediately . Overall working with the two agents was good but at times I had to initiate the conversation to find out details.

My experience started out good. Good working relationshipo. Good Communications. In the end it was unacceptable. I understand that underwriters can ask for things last minute. However, the level of communication totally dropped off at the end. HArd ot get return phone calls. No sense of urgency. The closer was not getting any response from the closing dept at NAF.

Returning calls in the early afternoon eastern time. Getting updates around 1, 2 or 3PM in the afternoon is very difficult when I have buyers and title companies asking for updates at start of buisness.

I had to ask for better communication from the loan officer because I would go multiple days with no responses and when I sent stuff I thought i I sent everything and then would find out 4 days later on a friday Friday they still needed more. Took almost a full month and a half to get all the information asked because was not clear on what was good and not good on the acceptance of my loan. I was pre approved really quickly but Getting actual approved was like pulling teeth.

Jolie was fine. I felt the underwriting was glacially slow. We don't like to go to the very end and have that happen.
