John was very straight forward to work with. The online portal for document signing made the entire process very smooth. Only issue that I had through the entire process was the lack of correspondence after all docs were initially submitted and was waiting for information regarding closing date due to the high loan volume. I would certainly work with John again if and when his services were needed.
