Delivery of what was promised and frequent communications. But one OFI was the transfer of documents between lender and title company. This requires better handling as it lend to lots of uncertainty with many false starts.

I was very much apprehensive about using a agency that was not local and "face to face" with me. Kevin was very patient with me and explained everything he could to help me understand the process. He not only explained but seemed to understand my concerns. He worked hard and was very attentive to my questions. The great work only continued when Steffany Moreno was added to the process. Both continued to work seamlessly to help me. All emails and phone calls were handled quickly and with timely follow ups.
