Zo was great but the overall experience with the transactions had some bumps. We had frustrations with the underwriter that caused us to have to delay closing and the appraiser that was used was also a challenge.

Kaitlyn takes time to provide explanations and is thorough and clear and strives to be available. However, what stands out about Kaitlyn is how she was knowledgeable about mortgage products and looked out for our interests, not just her own. For example, when we were looking at one type of home equity product, she said she could provide it, but encouraged another that would save us more money and work out in our best interest in the long term even if we went with our current bank. This engendered trust and made us want to work with her now or in the future for a mortgage. I felt she truly wanted to provide a product that would be best for us. This will provide more business in the long run, and is refreshing in a world where people want to serve only their own interests.
