I guess what made it great is that it actually went through to completion. Hopefully this will be a fresh start and lead to a the lasting relationship with your company. we had an issue with the prior lien, and the folks in that department went above and beyond to try and help us resolve it. Communication was the highlight, with frequent email, phone, and text updates.
