Neil was wonderful however, some of the other team members communication and understanding of the transaction details seemed lacking regarding the need for an appraisal and possible delayed closing date. This was cleared up fairly quickly but did add some stress to both the buyer and seller unnecessarily.

Chris’s was was great, however, some members of his team failed to check emails regularly resulting in me have to send the same forms multiple times. Buyers want to be ensured that the process is going smoothly and efficiently the whole time. I did not feel that.

The Piccinini cares for their clients in an "old fashioned way" .... I guess I mean they are rooted to real estate and truly what's best for the client; no other motive or intention. I experienced this with my recent file; it was about getting the client into his dream home, even if that meant extending that "make ends meet" clause with an extra 6" of needed rope. We closed, but not without the Piccinini's team tenacity! (Thank you)
