Mr Steele and Lori Gordon were tops. They went above and beyond. However , the notary was totally unsatisfactory. Her attitude and appearance were not professional. The Escrow/finance company were way to slow. I’ve never had to wait that long for their approval . Then once it was approved the length of time to process was unacceptable. If it weren’t for Mr.Steele and Ms. Gordon I’d still be in limbo. Ms. Gordon was on top of the document in closing that the notary didn’t give me to sign. I called Ms Gordon and queried her about the legality of signing a document witnessed by the notary supposedly (she forgot to give it to me) then asked me to print one off sign it and take a picture and email to her. It didn’t feel right. I called Ms.Gordon and she did the correct thing. The notary should dress like she’s coming to do business not ready for a beach day. Thank you to Mr. Steele and Ms. Gordon and their compassion and professionalism I continued to work though the process Regards, Mrs RAU
