On the closing date, I faced huge problems. Due to their errors, I had to go through financing three times, which caused long wait times and a lot of stress. However, in the end, everything was okay.

Please be accessible to clients so that they flow through the process with all concerns met. Please take every effort to represent interest rates as they currently are rather than applying points and representing it as a start. Clients should know the base rate and have the option to buy down using discount points. When you do this without consulting the client, it comes across as deceptive even though that may not be intended. Lastly, since home buying is one of the biggest investments one makes clients will naturally be nervous so being there for them builds trust and alleviates confusion. I offer these suggestions, more as opportunities rather than complaints because... LIFE happens. Wishing you BEST!!!
