It was a great experience with New american loan, they go out of there way to make things happen for the Buyer and my processor stepped up to the plate. and she explained everything to me, as we went along through the process. I wished i could have got the percentage down to 101% rather then 110 percent annual. But i still give Tammy five stars because she is honest and hard working , she is the best!

As the Buyer's Agent I was not included in all communication and I did not receive the pre Closing Statement at all. I had to wait for the day of closing to finally see it. RE/MAX T&C likes to do a Pay at Closing, so it a last minute scramble right before the closing to get the right document to the Attorney's Office.
