The thing that most would have made it better is clear and direct communication all at once about the information process. it seemed new things would pop up every day for a while that needed to be handled immeadiately. If all of these things would have been communicated at once it would have created less of a rushed feel to the process. As far as Hassan, he did well communicating about the process and being available. I had no issues with him or his availability.

Teresa Del Rosario my loan officer did such a wonderful job ! Very attentive, and always there if I needed her . She was wonderful and will definitely referred her to people I know .
