Jonese was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive throughout our loan processing. Anytime I called or emailed she responded very promptly if she wasn't able to pick up my call right away (which she also did whenever possible). There was a little confusion further down the processing chain in terms of figuring out which documents we had in the portal vs the ones we needed. And it would be great for the assistant processors to confirm once all the docs were received. Jonese was a great resource and I know she was doing a lot as some of her team mates were rotated throughout our closing.

It was a great experience with New american loan, they go out of there way to make things happen for the Buyer and my processor stepped up to the plate. and she explained everything to me, as we went along through the process. I wished i could have got the percentage down to 101% rather then 110 percent annual. But i still give Tammy five stars because she is honest and hard working , she is the best!
