Bill Ferry and team went above and beyond my expentation on what a Mortgage company should be to ease the customer into buying a house. Buying a house is already stressful enough. You don't need to have extra stress that your mortgage loan is not on track for the closing date. So thank you to everybody that worked on this loan in such a short amount of time to close on my new house. I highly recommand using these people over Wells Fargo any day.
