Having e-mails addressed to either both my husband and me, or to me if they are being sent to my e-mail address would be nice. Being called back when messages are left. More clarity in the accounting/statement. I'd give the overall experience a four out of five, but that was not one of the options.

The survey isn't really a survey about Mike it's a survey about the overall experience. Even though his name is on it I didn't really deal with Mike that much in the beginning when I dealt with Mike he was very nice very informative. It was just a very overwhelming experience would've been nice if somebody told me how many documents I was going to have to give them and how many emails I would receive, and how many times I was going to have to sign before the closing even happened. Overwhelmed
