I had enough contact with Patty to keep me entirely up to date, but never had to engage in unnecessary nonsense. Some loan officers want to meet for coffee and exchange pictures of their pets or kids. Patty understood that I was at an extremely busy time in my life and she got this done. My wife and I will be looking for another property. At that point we will have more time for the back and forth. Patty is the person I will contact first for that as well.
