Riana, did a wonderdul job! It was a very rough start with the first loan processor quitting after telling us everything was good. Then the next loan proceeesor told us our loan would not work and told my parents to just buy the property as an investment property. Then we wound up with Riana, she was wonderul she work so hard to get this loan done. We appreciate all of her hard work and determination. I would recommend Riana to other people. I there needs to be some better employee training.

Sophia was very attentive and responsive. The process and to be taking a long time. Because of this, I would email her. She always responded quickly, via phone call or email. I know that HELOCs were heavy during this time, so that helped explain the time frame. She is an excellent employee and a very personable person. Rick Daniel
