Spencer was enthusastic and energetic and extremely helpful in describing the lending and home buying process in a very understandable and digestable manner. I am a first time home buyer and I shopped around with other lending companies before talking to Spencer. When I spoke to Spencer, I had an immediate connection and knew I wanted to work with him on buying my home. Spencer helped educate me regarding the loan market and home buying process and took away a lot of the stress that comes with first time real estate purchases.
