Lindsey was extremely responsive and helpful. Multiple times made time for me, after hours, to help. The entire closing process seemed disorganized. For example, the closing date was scheduled in April. To receive a call 3 days prior to closing looking for confirmation of the personnel attending the closing appears disorganized. Also, I sent closing documents the day prior to closing and didn’t receive the actual closing costs until after the close of business. Those are examples for why I perceived the process to be disorganized.

i didn't love the process. I have refinanced before but I did not feel the agent was interested in me or what I was looking for. she was distant in her approach and I felt I did more of the work than I would have expected. I did not feel like i got what I truly wanted but I was rushed because of other things going on and did not press it.
