We had a rocky start and the state of the market made this deal particularly daunting - but Dave thought out of the box and helped us make an "impossible" deal work - and looked out for us to make up for the earlier miscues - and most importantly, got our deal done that allowed my new husband and I to get into our dream home where we were actually married, inside the home, to begin our new lives.
