Greetings. Thank God the business was completed. I understand that it is a process in which they carefully review the documentation and requirements to be able to finalize the loan, but I think that the process was somewhat slow and due to this I was not able to take advantage of the interest rate prior to the loan. rise in interest by the FED. but of course grateful to the whole team.

I enjoyed working with Timothy. I am a social worker. I do not understand finances, thus I go to the professionals. I did not understand the process, know what to expect next, or how things work, flow or happen. Timothy was helpful when I had a question. It seemed like if there was a bump going to happen it happened. I did not appreciate the appraisal company at all! I am very disappointed the check payable to myself was mailed in the US POSTAL mail. From the very first conversation I had I was informed the check payable to me would be overnighted to me. There appears to be miscommunication between the departments within the company as one person says one thing and another person from another department says another thing. This makes things confusing for the client. My experience was not horrible, I will refer people as well as continue my business here.
