Everything was pretty ok but they had some issues I didn't like: 1. They locked the rate just for 30 days and this period got short not even complying with the contract term. Of course they advise of that but they didn't mention that 3 days extension of the lock will cost us over a 1000 dollars. 2. We had to intervene in facilitating them the communication for the verification of employment when contact my employer were just one phone call away. 3. Some information we needed to give explanation twice which also make us loose some time and unfortunately I am very bussy and it was very inconvenient 4.The closing disclosures did not include the property taxes so for the final CD we got surprised with a 5k more than expected in closing cost. 5.Contract had to be extended almos a week for some works that needed to be perform at the house and to meet my husband schedule but from their end they took a surprising longer time to finally release the documents to close and to fund the loan. 6. We had the signing apoitment very early in the morning and they didnt comunicate a closure of their work. We didnt get from then the final cash to close amount we needed to pay. The title company was the one to provided that info to us . to know like America Funding acted as f there was no more need to communicate with us. I found that very unpersonal and unpleasant. To resume they did the work, we appreciate the positive result but I think they can definitely do better.

everything kept moving. The only negative was that the terms of the loan changed but i wasn't informed until i was asked to sign off. When i asked Brennan he was able to investigate and gave me an explanation but would have expected to have been consulted in advance. All else was good
