Everything was basically taken care of for us. All we had to do was apply, take pictures of a few documents, read and sign some documents, and that was it. Timeline was clearly shared and although everything was done online, Our loan officer (Michael Seago) was always easy to contact by phone with any questions we wanted answered right away.
