I think it was a combination of things that resulted in multiple delays. Certainly the seller contributed by not having things completed on time. However, in the end I felt that I did not receive great response to my calls to Drew during crunch time. That said Vi Doan was a superstar in her level of support, ability to be responsive to questions, and working to ensure the final transaction was a success.

Returning of phone calls took some time. Interest rate was higher than first quoted, I do appreciate Drew but this time it was no where near the previous service level he provided to us in previous times. I guess the bar was to high along with what I have expected from Drew.

There was to many people involved in trying to to get this loan done. Seemed that same information had to be given to to many people would have been easier just dealing with you. But we are glad that it is done and thank you for that.

The process for the refinance was told to me that it would only take about a month to month and half. It took well over three months from start to finish.

When I was handed to Maureen, I was surprised at the requests for certain forms that did not apply to me. Despite previously telling Chris about what tax forms were filed by my business and how my business was set up, Maureen didn't seem to understand what was necessary or relevant for an S-Corp versus an LLC. I felt like I had to keep explaining myself again and again.
