My father and I share the same name, this was the first refinance that I have done without I having to prove I am not my father and that I do not own his house, his company, or his commercial property.

Jason was very attentive and professional. He kept calm and gave us a sense of stability thoughout the entire process, even when there were a few hickups(to be expected) along the way. He seems to know the process very well and has a deeply rooted intuition as to how or why things tend to go certain ways during the ReFi process. We felt we were in good hands the whole way through. We will likely do another Refi in a couple of years, I hope we will be eligible for the incentive program where certain fees will be waived and I hope we can have Jason as our Loan Officer again.
