The communication was great, the rate was much lower than any other bank, even rocket mortgage. The only thing I would have to say is the pay off was a mess as the title company would not send the checks out for us so I had to deal with that and they got sent days later. Payoff amounts were not right so that created a mess.

Throughout the whole process, it was very good. We had a government shut down. They kept me informed as soon as it opened up they were right on top of it. Terry was very amazing at keeping me apprised as to what was going on.
