We had a great experience working with Indy and Elizabeth. They were very prompt and provided excellent support, options, and communication throughout the process. We could have received better support when we decided to not take the heloc. But we didn't and we lost a good amount of processing cost for the heloc loan. A little bit of flexibility would have been great. We didnt have a good experience with the TSF bank for the heloc loan. The bank process is extremely slow.

The entire team starting with Indy, Nadia and Elizabeth were very helpful and co-operative through out the process. The process took a lot longer than expected (Started in October and closed end of march) due to COVID but in the end I am glad I was able to close the loan. I am really happy with the entire process and thank you very much to the entire team.

Indy was very prompt and precise in communication without the usual sales pitch that you get from other mortgage brokers when you really care about just hearing the numbers. I'd recommend to my friends and will definitely come back again for future mortgage needs.
