Communication between all parties was 8.5/10 but when it came down to the final steps I was being asked documents I could have provided much earlier(ex. in this case, my real estate license, and latest pay stubs) instead of the day of closing. I know there are a lot of moving pieces but under writing didn’t get back to me until the day of scheduled closing(Thursday). After signing on Friday(the following day) I wasn’t able to close move in until the lender cleared the balance of the wire the following Monday even though I was willing to close as soon as possible that Friday. Overall everyone was great, profesional, and courteous just wished it wasn’t fumbled at the finish line.
