Jonathan made the experience throughout the long process easy. Gina‘s communication was fabulous however within the last two weeks she made it extremely stressful. By asking for documents that should have been asked for weeks in advance and that level of stress when you are trying to close on a house with normal every day stress Made things three times harder than it should be . So my recommendation would be please have your processors look at things in advance, get documents ready in advance so that there are no glitches hiccups. Whatever you wanna call them the last week or two weeks before you’re supposed to close me having to scramble as I’m leaving for closing was a da** nightmare.

Paperwork felt rush towards the end and there were issues with disbursement going through somewhat late. Chance of us not getting the keys on closing date but the seller was fine with giving us the keys before disbursement.
