Gregory was great! loved working with him. Loan processor is another story Was sent forms to fill out with someone else’s Loan number, was sent forms to fill out with a different address than where I live, twice, and was asked to provide a document from social security that doesn’t exit because I’m not on social security.

Greg made it great. Your underwriters however were very unorganized. I was told on numerous occasions that they had all they needed only to have subsequent requests for more documentation. They should have a list of what they need from the beginning. Greg was Calibers redeeming factor

The process seemed to be disorganized. In the past half dozen loan originations or refinances, I was given one or possibly two lists of documents needed. This time there were more than handful of requests. It seemed like the processor reviewed the file and every time they identified something they needed they sent a new list. I even had to provide a pay stub AFTER signing loan papers. Jonathan Russell did his best to explain that it was being reviewed by another party. I almost gave up.
