Jason was very attentive and professional. He kept calm and gave us a sense of stability thoughout the entire process, even when there were a few hickups(to be expected) along the way. He seems to know the process very well and has a deeply rooted intuition as to how or why things tend to go certain ways during the ReFi process. We felt we were in good hands the whole way through. We will likely do another Refi in a couple of years, I hope we will be eligible for the incentive program where certain fees will be waived and I hope we can have Jason as our Loan Officer again.

While Dylen's provided detailed, personal and exceptional service. Our overall experience is Just ok because, the continued request for duplicate docs over and over and over again. I have purchased 5 separate homes with several refies and this refi was arduous.
