Teo was great! There were documents that had to be submitted numerous times. Teo's supervisor Chris McMartin gave us a verbal final approval a closing timeline that was grossly incorrect. We had made moving plans and had to cancel everything at the last minute because underwriting had not signed off on the loan as was stated by Chris. This delayed our move by 7 days because of the availability of our moving company we hired and we had to pay 7 days rent to the buyers of our sold house.
