The final disclosures were better than expected. I have had bad experiences with mortgage companies in the past. The process was somewhat convoluted, and there were unexpected changes to my mortgage, but in the end, Jesse came through for us with a very good mortgage package. We were uncertain that we would qualify for this mortgage, but Jesse gave us assurance that it would work out, and it did. Thank you, Jesse, for a commendable job.

Cecelia is great for many reasons! She worked really hard when the appraisal came back low and got us back on target by finding a loan that would work for us and got it processed quickly. Communication is the only area that I feel needs a bit of growth, as do all of us as humans. When on my side of the home buying process, it is key to check-in as the process is very stressful to people that don't fully understand it. I recommend Cecelia, she is a great broker and will do a fabulous job!

Dan picked up the phone when I called, if he was busy, he called back within a very reasonable amount of time. He knows the business, he knows it's stressful for buyers, first time or experienced buyers. He treated us with respect and when we had problems getting him information while we travelled cross country for our move, Dan and his team of professionals kept the ball rolling. Would recommend him to anyone that requires title services.
