Our experience with Nancy Weaver was easy, she came to us as a personal referral from a friend of my wife. Considering that getting the loan is so important I’m very pleased. Nancy was very prompt with communication details, considering that we were all enduring pandemic and quarantine with kids she did an amazing job. Nancy was helpful at odd hours since we are a working family with kids. I’m very happy to have bought my first home with her help.

Nancy is knowledgeable, communicative and got everything done in a very timely basis. We closed the deal early because she was able to get loan docs into title early and that was over the Holidays when many businesses were closed for a few days. A job very well done! I, along with the buyers are delighted with her!

Joseph Haddad was great but others who he partnered with were not. The underwriters and loan processors need to get on the same page. Too much redundancy between these two areas causes unnecessary delays.

Chad Faur was on it from the beginning. When it comes to setting up emails and phone calls, he is very good at keeping the ball rolling to make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. From helping us get all set up to buy our first home, to just being like a friend you've known for years. Chad is great to work with! He answered all of our questions as first time home buyers and was happy to help out in any way that he could!
